Dear Parents,

Last week was fantastic! Our kids had the opportunity to train with one of the best yellow belts in the USA, and they also enjoyed a promotion day.

For the Lions group, the topics for this month include:

• Headlock escape

• Headlock escape from punches

• Kesagatame escape

• Kesagatame escape from punches

• Side control escape

• Kimura

It’s a lot of material, so we kindly ask that your kids attend at least eight classes this month to get the most out of the training.
